RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

All Scared Geometry products are printed to order by our fulfilment
partner Everpress. Because each item is made specifically for you,
our returns policy reflects the custom nature of print-on-demand products.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from
what was shown, you are entitled to a free replacement or full refund.
Please contact us at merch@scaredgeometry.world within 30 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the fault or issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including
return postage where applicable.
CHANGE OF MIND
As all products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for
change of mind, incorrect size selection, or if you simply no longer want
the item. We strongly recommend checking the size guide on each product
page carefully before ordering.
UK STATUTORY RIGHTS
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, your right to cancel
within 14 days does not apply to personalised or custom-made goods.
As all our products are printed individually to order, they fall within
this exemption. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding
faulty or misdescribed goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If your return is approved, items should be sent to:

Please note: return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of the returned item
being received.
